For the past 14 years we have carried out works across the civil engineering industry with particular reference to transportation infrastructure and waterways. Works have predominantly been related to canals and highways and have included rehabilitation, maintenance and new development works.

Works to the UKs canal infrastructure has included all manner of works to maintain the ageing assets. Works have included lock repairs, culvert repairs / replacement, steel sheet piling, towpath reconstruction, bridge repairs / replacements, wall repairs, relining works - both puddle clay and RC, reservoir maintenance, fender work, fencing and access work. Works in this sector have required very high levels of workmanship using traditional methods of work particularly when working on heritage and listed structures.

Highway works have included all manner of works including planning off and resurfacing carriageways and footways, kerbing, drainage, footway crossings, ramps, traffic calming measures, car park construction and surfacing, line marking, decrative finishes such as resin bound finished surfaces.

Reinforced concrete works have included yard slabs, retaining walls, headwalls, footings, machine bases, floor slabs, chambers, manholes and bridge bearings. Works have included repairs, replacement and new build.

River, reservoir, lake and watercourse works have included erosion protection, sheet piling, culvert works, pipelaying, manhole and chambers, outfall structures, wall repairs, weir repairs, etc.

Our staff are fully qualified and vastly experienced in construction and maintenance of transportation infrastructure and so have a very good appreciation of what needs to be built and what can be built.

Our tradesmen have years of experience and are suitably trained and qualified for specific activities within the civils sector including CSCS and CPCS in appropriate categories for the task undertaken.
